Rodney Bonton was born and raised in Marksville, Louisiana. Rodney graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration.

Rodney is currently working on his dual Masters in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has worked in healthcare for the last 14 years holding various administrative roles within the Department of Defense, UnitedHealthcare and Banner Health. He is currently a Payor Account Program Manager Consultant for Banner Health.

Rodney was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc through the Phi Iota Chapter in the Spring of 2022. He has been married to his lovely wife Jennifer for 9 years and they have 4 children together Kenyon (13), Kadence (12), August (8) and Abram (6).
