Mayon B. Neal, Jr is an aerospace executive with one of the world’s leading aerospace
and defense companies. Mayon is a results-oriented leader who ensures those results
meet stakeholder needs. Mayon has more than 20 years of progressive leadership
experience across the aerospace and automotive industries. These roles include stints
in quality, continuous improvement, supply chain, operations, program management,
business development, strategy, and P&L ownership.

Mayon is a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Mayon currently serves
as the Keeper of Finance for the Phi Iota Graduate Chapter of the Fraternity. Mayon
was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in the Spring of 2021.

Mayon counts giving back and helping others as his greatest accomplishment over his
over two decades in industry. Mayon counts the support from his family, his wife
Nichole and children Nya and Malcolm as his key to being successful.
