Rodney Bonton was born and raised in Marksville, Louisiana. Rodney graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration. He also holds a  dual Masters in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.

He has worked in healthcare for the last 16 years holding various administrative roles within the Department of Defense, UnitedHealthcare and Banner Health. He is currently a Value Based Program Director for Banner Health.

Rodney was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc through the Phi Iota Chapter in the Spring of 2022. He has been married to his lovely wife Jennifer for 12 years and they have 4 children together Kenyon (16), Kadence (15), August (11) and Abram (9)
